This place was really good
we got the beef chow fun, the pork potstickers which were the bomb, the fried rice and garlic eggplant. Grubhub delivered on time and fast and the price was reasonable. not too greasy and very flavorful.
minus one star: I felt the portions were on the smaller side compared to other chinese takeout places esp the chow fun. -

More Sour Than Sweet
The food is pretty good, so we gave the place another chance, but twice in a row the service was decidedly ungracious. Each time our server was dour and unsmiling, and on our most recent visit she jammed the little tray of oranges and fortune cookies at my elbow, rather than clearing our soiled plates first and setting the tray in the middle of the table. We had an attack of the vapors.
The place is moderately attractive, but the ambience is marred by loud TV.
Again, the chow is good, but the experience is not. -

We ordered delivery just before the cutoff time. The food arrived hot, tasted fresh and delicious. We ordered the Wor Wonton Soup, Chicken Corn Soup, Crab Cream Cheese deliciousness (can't remember the name) and Green Onion Pancake. They were all awesome and the portions were generous. We'll definitely order from Tsing's again. Thank you!

These place it's dirty and food cold.! I can't believe that Health Department permits such a place like these to be open! Terrible!

Won ton soup was OK. Orange chicken was tough and stringy, wrapped in a spongy layer rather than a hard layer of oddly soupy batter. The chow mein was overcooked. Overall, this is among the most mediocre Chinese food I have had outside of an airport.
